What to Wear

When you are playing paintball, you should dress in layers. Always wear your mask. I would recommend a chest protector. Wear a hoodie and long pants that are kind of baggy. You should be OK if you do this.  Just don't go running through the woods with a t shirt and shorts, unless of course you want to get slaughtered.
